ABOUT PELHAM JOINERY

Pelham Joinery Team at their Lincolnshire workshop

The Brocklesby Estate is Lincolnshire’s largest privately owned estate and comprises Grade I and II listed buildings, farmland and over 300 properties in surrounding villages. The upkeep of such an estate requires a great deal of expertise in listed and heritage buildings, and to support this, the estate’s current joinery workshop, located in Brockelsby village has been operating since 1895.

Now operating as Pelham Joinery, the team are widening their service to homeowners who need bespoke joinery for the upkeep, refurbishment and renovation of the windows, doors and other timber

Through working on some of the most historically significant buildings in England, our team have amassed the skills in hand-crafted joinery needed to repair and create the astounding array of windows and doors on the estate. Our purpose, however, is not just to save this heritage but to improve it, and we do this through applying modern materials and techniques to improve the performance of the windows.

The results are beautiful windows that are authentically in keeping with your property yet carry the energy efficiency associated with modern windows. The best of both worlds.
